DIY Kinder Surprise Egg Bees
Kinder Surprise Egg Bees are easily made by transforming the plastic egg. To create the bee’s stripes, you’ll need black insulation tape which you can cut into strips. To stick the wings, use double sided tape, and draw the bee’s face with a black Sharpie. It’s an easy and creative way to give something new life – so get crafting!
Materials needed:
- Plastic Eggs
- Black insulation tape
- White cardstock
- Sharpie
- Googly eyes
Instructions:
Begin by cutting black insulation tape into thin strips. Add these to the egg to make stripes. Cut heart shapes from white paper to make wings which you can then glue to the egg. Add googly eyes or draw face with a sharpie as you like.
Make Paper flowers to lay your adorable bees on.
Materials needed:
- Paper
- Yellow Crepe Paper
- Glue
- Green Paint
- Paint brush
Instructions:
Paint a green stem and leaves onto white paper. Take strips of yellow crepe paper and make them into tiny balls. Glue these on top of the stem to make the flower. Glue your egg bee to this.
Decorate a classroom door with your plastic egg bees and Toilet Paper Rolls Honeycomb. To make the paper honey comb:
Materials needed:
- Used toilet paper rolls
- Yellow acrylic paint
- Glue
- Scotch tape
- Paint brush
Instructions:
Take approximately 5 toilet paper rolls and Press them flat. Cut each into 3 sections. Each half of the section should be measured, divided into three sections, and a hexagon should be formed by pressing at each mark. Form a honeycomb by gluing or stapling the hexagons to each other. Paint with yellow acrylic paint and allow to dry. You can now stick this and your plastic bees to your door.
You can also make a honey comb by cutting a hexagon shaoe from yellow card and then cut yellow straws into small sections and glue to the hexagon.
